    Wednesday’s incident took place in the wee hours at the Burhapahar range of the national park. On hearing the sound of gun shots forest guards rushed to the spot. But by then, the poachers managed to flee from the spot with the horn, according to park officials. Authorities say the ammunition left behind shows that militants in the state were involved with the poaching.
