Planning under way for efficient street lighting in Hyderabad, India

    CFL/vapour based street lights are expected to be replaced with more efficient LED based bulbs in Hyderabad's Circle 10 area covering Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Ameerpet, Punjagutta, Begumpet, Khairatabad, Lakadikapul, Somajiguda, Balkampet, Sanjeevareddy Nagar and other places. The project will be implemented by Energy Efficient Services Ltd (EESL) on behalf of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
