Eurobodalla Shire Council’s Greenhouse Action Plan pays off

    savings in energy bills and water costs for the council as a result of steps taken under its Greenhouse Action Plan.

    reduction in street lighting consumption across the council as a result of replacing 2,200 streetlights with energy efficient lights.

    reduction in Council's fleet emissions from the 2005/06 baseline by following tighter specifications for vehicles.

    savings in water a year after upgrades and leakage fixes in fittings at pools, community buildings and public toilets.
