Mirvac to develop homes with built-in clean and efficient energy solution

The project will be undertaken by Mirvac is a leading, integrated urban property group, principally located in Australia’s four key cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with support from CEFC.

    Number of family homes, of 3 and 4 bedrooms, will each be built with solar and battery storage systems, as well as high-grade insulation, LED lighting and energy efficient appliances.

    Generation capacity of a ready-to-operate rooftop solar system for each home, paired with 10kWh battery systems, will provide residents with a clean energy alternative sufficient to meet up to 90 per cent of a typical household’s energy consumption.
