    Number of helicopters (22) and Transport Aircrafts (6) deployed by India Air Force Southern Command in Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Operations (HADR Ops). As of 17 Aug, 'Operations Karuna', 314 persons from various parts of the state have been rescued and safely dropped at relief centres.
