    A majority of the 24-member consortium, led by the State Bank of India, sell stake to Edelweiss ARC under the 15:85 structure, where 15 percent was paid in cash (Rs 420 crore) and the balance Rs 2,380 crore will be in the form of security receipts (SR) paid over five to seven years. Edelweiss also bid for 35 percent equity stake for Rs 50 crore. After the deal, Edelweiss Group will have majority stake in the company.
