Stock of pulses with the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED), yet, it could take weeks before the pulses actually start reaching people across India due to non-availability of workers to 'mill' the pulses and disruption in transportation services. GoI's promise of delivery of pulses through PDS unlikely to see fruition anytime soon.
