For the first time since the pandemic began, America welcomes all foreign travellers—provided they are vaccinated with a WHO-approved jab. The decision was announced in September. Other than American citizens, nearly everyone had been barred entry since early 2020. Land borders are to open, airlines anticipate an onslaught of bookings and airports will struggle to keep up.
