Gorewada Lake

Planned generation capacity of a floating solar plant to be constructed atop the Gorewada lake in Nagpur. Water from the Totladoh reservoir is brought to the lake from where it is distributed within the city after undergoing treatment at 3 plants close to the lake. The solar plant is being designed to cater to 100% electricity needs of the 3 water treatment plants.
