Value of assets American authorities moved to seize in an anti-money-laundering investigation of Malaysian state investment fund 1MDB. They included property in Beverly Hills, a business jet, Van Gogh and Monet paintings, and the rights to the film “The Wolf of Wall Street”. Prosecutors allege that unnamed high-level Malaysian officials diverted more than $3.5 billion from the fund.
